1. General provisions

Only registered users can post ads.
The Yopt supplier portal is designed to publish offers only from wholesale suppliers, manufacturers and buyers of goods.
All information about suppliers and buyers is added to the site by the users themselves, or taken from open sources.
The site administration is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the offers. If you find any inaccuracies, errors or misleading information, please report it to Yopt Portal Support.
It is forbidden to insert external links in the "Description" field, as well as create a publication, the main purpose of which is to leave a link to your site.
It is forbidden to add to the site ads for the sale / purchase of goods prohibited for free distribution or advertising (alcohol products, tobacco products, including sticks, vapes, hookahs, any other smoking accessories, weapons, drugs, medications, medicines, copies of brands, etc.). e.)
The site administration can unilaterally delete the content if the offer is no longer relevant, with violations, or which is not useful for the site and its users.
The moderator can, without warning, optimize or correct the text of the ad while maintaining its meaning. For example, make the headline shorter, correct errors in the text, correct punctuation, improve the visual presentation, etc.
It is allowed to publish ads only in Russian.
Duplicate ads are prohibited! Duplicates will be removed by the site administration without prior notice.
If you want to raise your ad in the list, use the "Raise" button. Raising an ad is available 1 time per 24 hours.

2. Ads publication

Only offers from wholesale suppliers and buyers of goods are accepted for publication.
Retail online stores, dropshipping platforms, marketplaces, aggregators, etc. services without their own product are not allowed and will be removed from the portal.
The title of the ad must contain a well-known name of the company or brand (does not apply to the Products section) Do not include the name of the LLC in the title, do not enter quotes
The title should not exceed 75 characters. Keep the title short and to the point.
It is forbidden to write site addresses in the header, as well as the words "Buy", "Promotion", "Sale", "Discount", etc.
It is forbidden to use Caps Lock in the title or description of the product.
It is forbidden to place an offer in non-thematic categories for this offer. All offers placed in irrelevant categories will be moved at the discretion of the site administration to the most appropriate categories.
Posting links in the description field is strictly prohibited! For links there is a special field "Site".
The specified website of the company must necessarily contain information (section, conditions or any other information) for wholesalers or suppliers.
Contact information from the "Description" field will be removed. There are separate fields for contact details.
Choose the right section at the initial stage of publication. If you are a wholesale buyer, and created an ad in the "Suppliers" section, it will be deleted by the moderator. Moving ads between sections is not provided.
Only goods with wholesale prices and deliveries are accepted in the Products section for publication.
When adding a product, the heading must contain the name of one single item, not a group of products.
When deleting a supplier's page, the products linked to it are also deleted.
The portal administration can delete the ad if it is not well designed, there is no contact information, there is no exhaustive description, etc.
It is forbidden to place more than 1 supplier company on one account.
The moderator may reject the publication of the supplier's announcement if the company does not have unambiguous signs of a wholesale supplier or manufacturer whose main activity is the supply of goods in bulk.
Dropshipping suppliers are allowed to be placed on the site only if dropshipping is the main activity of the company.
